FREE haircuts

I posted about $8 haircuts earlier and thought it was a great bargain but check this out. JC Penney hair salons are giving free kids' haircuts (grades K-6) for back to school time the month of August. Call 855-JCP-KIDS for an appt. Plus they are donating $1 per hair cut to Boys and Girls Club of America and 4-H.
